Privacy Policy

You don't need an account to use this site, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

The two-minute fit check on the apply page runs in your browser. Your answers are kept in your browser for that visit only, so a refresh doesn't lose them. They reach us only if you choose to send them to us on WhatsApp.

Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

If you become a client, you share things like your goals, measurements, food logs, photos and health details so we can coach you. We use them only to coach you. We don't sell them or share them with anyone else, and we delete them when you ask us to.

AVLEAN Uploader is an internal tool. AVLEAN uses it only to upload and schedule videos on our own YouTube channel, Coach Avlean. It is not offered to the public.

It uses the YouTube API Services. When we sign in with Google, it can upload videos, add captions and read upload status on our channel. Its sign-in tokens are stored only on our own computer. It does not collect, store or share any data about other YouTube users.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Using YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be removed at any time from Google Account permissions.
