Welcome to my fitness page! Firstly, thank you so much for following and supporting me. It means a lot!
Now, for my backstory: I'm Anish Avalakki, a mechanical engineer who fell in love with fitness back in the 11th grade (2016) and has been hitting the gym ever since.
My pet name is Avli (if you call me Avli, then I know you're close to me :P), and Avlli+Lean= Avlean!
When I started off my journey, I didn't know much, and, to be honest, I still consider that I don't know a lot (certainly more than the common man) and always strive to learn more.
I've tried a lot of diets (103 to be exact as of 29/5/24) — from very strict ones to eating plain paneer and peanut butter before I sleep to having LAYS EVERY SINGLE DAY— then I realized you can be quite flexible with your approach and still achieve your goals, albeit a bit slower.
I'm a realist who loves cutting out the BS. So, stay tuned for a lot more content coming your way!
